Candidate Referrals: For each referred candidate successfully placed by LKA & Associates:
3–6 month assignment: $250.00
6+ month assignment: $500.00

Client Referrals: For each client referral that results in a successful placement by LKA & Associates:
3–6 month assignment: $250.00
6+ month assignment: $500.00

Referral fees will be paid on the next pay cycle following the candidate’s 30th day on assignment.

A valid referral is a candidate or client presented to an LKA & Associates representative prior to engagement and who has not been active with LKA within the past 30 days.

Please note: Candidate referrals submitted directly to a client without LKA involvement are not eligible for referral bonuses. Immediate family members are also not eligible for the Referral Program; however, we will make every effort to assist them in securing a great opportunity.
