Job Title: AI / Data Engineer
Location: Maryland (Onsite / Hybrid)
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI or Full Scope Polygraph (Candidates must be eligible to work in classified environments)

Position Overview:
LKA & Associates is seeking an AI / Data Engineer to support advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives within the Intelligence Community. This role involves building scalable data pipelines and deploying AI/ML models in secure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data pipelines and ETL processes
• Build and deploy machine learning models in production environments
• Support MLOps pipelines and model lifecycle management
• Work with large datasets using tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or similar platforms
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver mission-driven solutions
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in classified environments

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI or Full Scope Polygraph
• Experience with data engineering and/or machine learning systems
• Proficiency in Python and data processing frameworks
• Experience with cloud or distributed data environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with real-time data processing and analytics
• Background supporting IC or DoD programs
