Job Title: Software Engineer
Location: Maryland (Onsite / Hybrid)
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI or Full Scope Polygraph

Position Overview:
LKA & Associates is seeking a Software Engineer to support mission-critical programs within the Intelligence Community. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, testing, and maintaining secure, scalable applications in classified environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, data engineers, and system architects
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues
• Ensure applications meet security and compliance standards

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI or Full Scope Polygraph
• Experience with one or more programming languages (Java, Python, C++, etc.)
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience supporting IC or DoD programs
